Principal services offered include:
- Co-ordination, management and grouping of a number and variety of programmes and projects into individual and aggregated portfolios, in order that they can be managed and reported as portfolios of investments
- Design of the portfolio management structure, working closely with business executive Directors and Finance Directors
- Build of the portfolio management structure and portfolio management methodology framework
- Design and build of non financial and financial data gathering from all programmes and projects within the portfolio, including the design and build of the executive reporting framework and model, utilizing IT software systems such as SAP Project System, Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Working closely with Executive Management Boards and Programme and Project SRO’s, drive the realisation and maximisation of benefits and costs from the portfolio of investment change initiatives
