Our services offered encompass the full end to end process required in designing, building, testing and implementing the financial or Business Case model from:
- Initial and subsequent detailed discussions with business directors, key staff, suppliers and customers to include gathering of background information, key drivers for change, facts and Management information (both non financial and financial) to enable a clear picture to be formed of the aims and objectives of the proposed change and the interaction of the potential impacts of the change.
- Initial high level and then detailed designs of the financial / business case model
- Build of the financial / business case model using principally Microsoft Excel, incorporating rapid design updates during build to ensure maximum functionality as fresh impacts of change are identified.
- Iterative testing of the model throughout the build phase, followed by detailed testing at the end of build, before the model is signed off for use by the business.
- Loading all facts, data and Management Information into the model and undertaking scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform the business Directors of the potential impacts of the change they have proposed for the business.
- Provision of training and guidance to business employees as part of the handover process of the model to them
- Ongoing support to the business relating to required enhancements to the model that need designing and building.
