Services provided include the full end to end analysis of a process including:
- Working with key business stakeholders to:
- Identify and prioritise processes in need of improvement that will become the key Value Streams
- Identify Senior Business Owners, Management Leads and team members for each agreed Value Stream
- Establish the most appropriate format and time commitment to run powerful Lean process improvement workshops and approvals processes thus ensuring the maximum value can be delivered from the workshops and the required changes can be implemented swiftly
- Provision of Training and Coaching to Business employees in Lean Process Improvement Change methodologies
- Designing and running the Value Stream Workshops
- Leading and running the Value Stream Workshops, including use of the following key Lean tools:
- SIPOC Analysis
- Mississippi Chart Analysis
- Value Tree Analysis
- Voice of the Customer Analysis
- Voice of the Employee Analysis
- Current State Value Stream Map creation and Analysis
- Future State Value Stream Map Creation
- Designing and creating Business Cases for each Value Stream
- Obtaining sign off to each Value Stream Business Case and obtaining commitment to the implementation approach and timescales for from the Value Stream Owners
- Co-ordinating and programme managing the implementation of future state processes for each agreed Value Stream
- Working closely with Value Stream Owners, drive the realisation of identified benefits from each agreed Value Stream
